[Quests issues]: Ars Nouveau random rewards give nothing

Describe the issue
When claiming any of the random rewards from the Ars quests, no rewards are given. These random rewards also have a different icon than others.
Functional random rewards have the chest icon:
The random rewards for the Ars quests have a red die icon:
