[Bug]: EvilCraft Eternal Water Bucket doesn't eternal

What happened?
When using the Eternal Water Bucket from Evil Craft, instead of staying in my inventory (Like in atm9) it instead disappeared. After repeating it again, it still happened. I'm not sure if this is a bug or intended, so I'm listing it as a bug.
