[Modpack Bug]: Some Mystical Agriculture Seeds have no recipe or should be in the questbook

Describe the issue

So, I am enjoying completing Mystical Agriculture to its end and I almost everytime make every seed available in ATM.
At this moment I have two issues.

There are four seeds, which don't have a crafting recipe and don't show up in the questbook:

Marple
Apatite
Basalt
Yellorium (apart from not being in the questbook, you can only optain yellorium, if you eject fuel from a extrem reactor, but u mostly want to use uranium. There is apparently deepslate yellorite ore, but I never found any. So idk if it exists even.

Apart from that, there are two seeds, which just don't show up in the questbook, but idk why they should'nt be there?

There are more than this, the quests will be updated soon and those seeds will be removed.

Out of curiosity which are the ones that are there and have no use?
