Describe the issue

Using refined storage, with 3 x64 , 1 x4k, and 1x16k drives. When quickly shift clicking to convert or craft items it causes some sort of decync. it shows 12.4k iron ingots in my system for example, but i cannot use any to craft unless i make more and desposit, or uncraft blocks of iron. Im curious if its just a visual desync or im possibly losing items in the compacting of materials.

i'm running this on a dedicated server through Kinetic Hosting, i can upload a world file for you to test if need be (havent tried locally to see if its server only)

this DOES get fixed on server restart. but it does occur fairly frequently just by shift clicking and compacting/uncompressing blocks

Steps completed in order, Checked how much iron i have > Tried crafting into blocks > Only 2 iron is available. If i click on the iron i cannot pull any out after the 2 in the crafting grid.

Noticed after taking all the drives out the items persist in the grid
