Describe the issue

The Quantum Nano Saber from Extended Industrialization is not enchantable. I checked with both highly enchanted books and basic Looting 1 on the vanilla anvil, the iesnium anvil, and the pressure chamber from Pneumaticcraft and none of them worked. JEI shows that it should take enchantments just fine.

Either JEI needs to be fixed to reflect the unenchantability of the Quantum Nano Saber or it is bugged to be unenchantable and should be fixed.
