
[Modpack Content Feedback]: The Quest Book gives way too many rewards that break balance and progression

Describe the issue
We are on a small server of 3 people and the rewards doesn't make any sense.
Some example but really almost everything IMO should be revisited and a general balance pass should be made:
- Progression is shared and duplicates can be op
- Dragon Egg / Ender Chests rewards even though we would not be even close to legitimeltaly get one
- Ultimate Universal Cable being given even though i barely crafted a dozen of basic ones
I don’t see how being rewarded an Ender Chest would “break balance or progression” in a pack like this. Same with Universal Cables, it’s not like you can all of a sudden beat the game once you get them.
I gave only a few examples but i'm more talking about the whole quest book as how it is designed currently lol
Right now just reaching the mining dimension with 3 players mean that you are instantly finding every allthemodium ore you want because you can instantly craft the associated ore sight charm for it, invalidating the whole balance pass about allthemodium being hard to find / hard to mine (all quarry crafts being modified so that it's hard to automate it, quarry voiding / not mining allthemodium ores...)
If you design the ores to be like this then why go completly on the opposite direction and provide the charm for free just by crafting a pad that cost 4 nuggets?

Arbitrary progression steps being are skipped for no reason, the current quest book is such that the ore might as well be given to you when you spawn in a new world.
