Describe the issue

Noticed after updating the pack to latest verision all tools and armor in storage and on player that have durability all went to 25% durability. Can repair them but ever tool even tools in farm machines have durability at 25%.

so far, my findings point to JEI...

can you try changing the JEI version to 19.22.0.315
