Describe the issue

I upgraded my modpack from 4.5 to 4.6, and my weapon suddenly stopped dealing any significant damage. It was a Refined Obsidian Katana with diamond tip, supposed to deal 17 damage (+ enchantements), but when tested, it only dealt 3 and a half hearts of damage ( counting for a Smite and a Blessed )
