[Recipe Issue]: Create Millstone not processing Rice Panicle from Farmer’s Delight

Describe the issue
Rice Panicle from Farmer’s Delight should be processable in the Create Millstone, as shown in JEI.
Actual Behavior
The Millstone does not process Rice Panicle. Other items work correctly, so the issue seems specific to this recipe.
Steps to Reproduce
Place a Create Millstone.
Attempt to process Rice Panicle from Farmer’s Delight.
Observe that the recipe shown in JEI does not work.
