Describe the issue

On the Draconic Evolution quest line, Draconic Cores are shown as a dependency before Awakened Draconium. Awakened Draconium is needed to craft Draconic cores, therefore these two quests dependencies are wrong and should be swapped.

Awakened Draoconium should come first, and then the Draconic Cores.
