Describe the issue

In the Modern Industrialization Electric Age: No more rookie page, there is a quest called Advanced Components that comes right after Basic Components.

The quest asks you to craft 1 Robot Arm, 1 Large Pump and 1 Large Motor. The problem is at this point you do not have the ability to do that.

It gates behind it all of the Electric Machines that are required to create the Electronic Circuit which is a component of the Large Pump and Large Motor.
