Describe the issue

Rice Panicle (the crop) will not grow in Botany Pots.

Wild Rice (collected with sheers) from Farmer's Delight will grow, but the timer is bugged. It also does not appear to produce more Wild Rice, just Rice.

The main issue with this is The Rice Panicle has 100% chance when being processed with Create mills to produce straw, whereas the Wild Rice only has a 50% chance for the straw. I remember Rice Panicles working in botany pots in ATM 9, but as of now they only seem to work in garden cloches if you want to automate the Rice Panicle itself.
