Describe the issue

For example, consider this reward:

The rewarded item is a mekanism chemical tank with the owner set to 5653cfb3-8b4c-4fef-8cd9-10514a4ce5ba. Apparently a user by the name dragondogemaster. They appear to have a YouTube channel where they showcase features in FTB-Quests so it is possible that this is a bug over there. However, I'd argue that even if this is a bug in another mod the quest files in this modpack need to be changed.
