Describe the issue

I'm having trouble with my server. The first server version I started is atm10 4.4 version. But 4.10 version came out, so I upgraded the server version, and I brought the old world and tried to play it. But I got a problem with the end world server. The first server version I started is atm10 4.4 version. But 4.10 version came out, so I upgraded the server version, and I brought the old world and tried to play it. But there was a problem with end world. Personally, I upgraded the version because I wanted to evolve draconian, but the old world doesn't seem to be able to spawn draconian minerals and mobs, so I deleted DM1 and created a new one. But there was no central structure and no end-dragon like the picture below. So after running version 4.10, I imported and applied the DM1 file, but there was only the structure, but the end-dragon couldn't be created. How do I solve this case?
