[Crash]: I crash after playing for 5 mins or so. Not sure of what is causing it but after updating the pack I've been crashing a lot.

What happened?
Since yesterday I've been crashing over and over. So I update everything from my pc to curseforge to my drivers and nothing seems to work. When I load in I can play for a little bit then I start to frame drop then I crash. I've been playing on this server for a while and haven't any issues until recently.
