Describe the issue

As stated before on ATM10 to the sky, I noticed that here it has the same missing questline, which is pretty important. While most players know by now that they need this, for new players who are unfamiliar with create, it would be a golden quest to know about.

"The Rotation Speed Controller from Create is completely missing from the questline.

The Rotation Speed Controller is a core progression item in Create. It allows players to control and fine-tune rotational speed, which is required for many advanced contraptions. Since it is crafted using Precision Mechanisms, it should logically follow the quest where players unlock those. Its absence leaves a major progression gap and makes it harder for new players to understand Create’s mechanics."
