Describe the issue

I was doing the quest for Ice and Fire but when I entered most of the mod's structures in the Other the quests were not updating, this issue included: the pixie village, the three dragon's nests and caves, the hydra lair, the cyclops cave as well as the siren's island. I've visited many of each but non of them fulfilled the quest and I had to activate cheats to finish the quests so I could finish the page
