Describe the issue

I think it's endermanoverhaul doing it, as I see stuff in the mod jar referencing explicitly disabling vanilla endermen in a giant list of biomes, but it does say it also tries to replace the vanilla enderman model? so I'm unsure what's supposed to be left for them to spawn in?

What I don't understand is why this wasn't happening before the pack update, or why apothic spawners seemingly obeys the spawning change set in place by endermanoverhaul.

Issue persists through using all available types of apothic spawner upgrades. Curiously, sometimes they still put out a single mob on reentering the dimension. Behavior persists in the overworld, but curiously not in at least one nether biome. (it's crimson forest. which feels weird as there's explicitly a crimson forest json in the mod jar?)
