[Bug]: Ars Nouveau Archwood Logs don't have mekanism sawing recipe

What happened?
In the last update, lot of recipes which convert logs to 6 planks + 0.25 sawdust using mekanism sawmill were added, however recipes of Ars Nouveau Archwood Logs are missing. That's because 4 different colors of Archwood Logs ars_nouveau:${color}_archwood_log are corresponding to the same plank ars_nouveau:archwood_planks, which is different to other logs.
