What happened?

i mined my programmable controller after quarrying and it apparently duped both my silk touch allthemodium pickaxe and my eclipse alloy shovel, so now i have 4 of them?
note that this is after a game restart, i've mined it before and same result except only duping the network api with the code
not sure whether or not to report this to the pneumaticcraft devs
