What happened?

I am placing all of my ingredients for my infusion, it even shows that the result should be Certus Quartz Seed x1. But it just doesn't trigger the event. I tried a few other seeds I know work and they still activate so this is isolated to only the seeds reported I imagine.

I have also tried rotating them around. It doesn't matter which altars the tertium or the certus are on

I am having same issue with wood, aluminum, tin, bronze, zinc, lead, nickel, & uranium seeds, looking at altar it says it should be crafting them, the craft never starts.
