[Bug]: Meksuit/tool Upgrades do not stack

What happened?
When placing units (such as the energy unit) into the meksuit using a modification station any unit past the first will simply disappear with no effects given. They will not be returned on removing the unit from the meksuit. The same thing happens with mektools.
