What happened?

Trying to get the waste radioactive bees in the Hyperbox to safely create wasted comb but as soon as I leave the Hyperbox no comb will ever come out of the box even though I have force loaded the chunk. I have since moved everything back into the overworld and force loaded the chunk which works but I would love the convenience of the Hyperbox :).
