[Bug]: Evilcraft Entangled Chalice recipe missing from EMI

What happened?
In EMI there is no normal entangled chalice recipe. There should be two, one for a new chalice pairing and one to add a chalice to an existing pairing. If you look up the recipe online and try it, it works, so this appears to be an EMI problem only.
