[Crash]: LaserIO Data card causes client disconnect

What happened?

When you right click with the LaserIO data card in hand, it causes a network error and client disconnect. Because this is seen by Minecraft as a disconnect rather than a crash, it does not generate a crash log. I was able to repro this issue with a Vanilla neoforge installation with only LaserIO added, so I reported it over on LaserIO. As it affects this pack, I am placing this here for tracking. Link to Direwolf issue below.

To repro - right click with a data filter in hand. Disconnect happens immediately. I've tried it with a clean install of ATM10 to eliminate world corruption issues.

LaserIO version 1.9.11 is in the current version of the pack.

A fix is in version 1.9.11, already on Curseforge. Recommend updating for the next release of the pack.
