What happened?

Whenever I go to craft a recipe using the "+" button in EMI everything works as normal except no of the items are moved to the crating grid in the storage screen. It doesn't work even with items in the player inventory and it clears the grid when the "+" is clicked. One thing I noticed it sometimes the quest, teams and other buttons in the top left corner appear(also the quick sort button in player inventory) for a second or two and then go away when trying to use the "+" to craft with EMI in the Occultism Storage.

I decided to test to see if it occurred in single player(I was on my server when I encountered the issue) and it seems to only occur on the server as I had no issues with it when in single player.
