What happened?

I saved all the recipes needed to craft the Ironjetpacks jetpacks up to the Emerald level, but when I told the system to craft the game crashed. I started the game again and asked the system to craft again, but now nothing happens.
I also tried cutting the cable that connected the crafting tables to the system, but when I tried to turn it on again the game also crashed. Since I don't know if this is a problem with the mod or the modpack, I'm sending the report.
