What happened?

everytime me or my friends are coming close to a treehouse village, it slows down the server speed extremely and the world is barely loading in anymore until we leave this area far enough. i dont know what purpose those villages have but i haven seen any relevant items there so a quick fix would it be to just remove them or idk cuz its gonna be a huge problem once we get elytras or similiar and come across one of those treehouse villages. will result in countless deaths
