[Bug]: Mod Name on Items in Inventory are missing since .60

What happened?
Prior to 0.60 we were able to the so modpack name of each item in blue letters.
This is not gone when looking at inventory items.
In JEI die Modpack name is still visible.

Even F3+H does not change that.
