[Bug]: Kivi Seeds grow at a very slow rate

What happened?
Kivi seeds are growing at a very slow rate even when they are surrounded by AE2 Growth Accelerators. They are growing at a rate dramatically slower than any other seed I have used from Mystical Agriculture. This does not seem like intended behavior.
