What happened?

I'm trying to craft the induction cells and providers from Mekanism for my modular battery, but for some reason, the recipe always gets stuck at the crafting of energy cubes. In the image below, I'm trying to craft the Elite Induction Cell, but as I mentioned, the craft stops at the Advanced Energy Cube. This issue has been happening since version 0.59.

And no, I didn't mess up the recipe; I checked at least 10 times to see if I had added any wrong items, but as I said, no, I didn't get the recipe wrong.
