[Bug]: Bees deleted when removing from simulated Advanced Hives when output is full

What happened?
I noticed my bees were being deleted when trying to remove them from an advanced hive under certain conditions.
Using an advanced beehive and expansion box with omega upgrades (or any simulation upgrade). I have sturdy bee cages left in the output buffer from loading in the bees with all 8 other slots full with combs and other bee outputs. I then put 1 sturdy cage in the bottom slot to remove a bee and it is "removed" from the bee list on the left but not put in the output buffer. This does not happen if there are no sturdy bee cages in the output buffer.
