[Bug]: Runic Glass and Runic Glass Pane (Forbidden & Arcanus) have tooltip of ore generation

What happened?
The modpack added tooltips for rune ores (Runic Stone, Runic Deepslate and Runic Darkstone) to indicate Y level of their generation. However, runic glass (pane) have these tooltips incorrectly.
