What happened?

I tried setting up a server starting with version 0.65 and later with 0.66 and have so far been met with a crash on launch every time. I've tried clearing and reinstalling the server multiple times, redownloading the server files, nothing has worked so far. I have yet to have a successful ATM10 server running.
