What happened?

Not sure if this is an issue that should be reported to Productive Bees or to Applied Energistics.

I'm using a Molecular Assembler to covert the combs to blocks with the .
As everyone knows, it should be a 2x2 of the same comb to craft it to the block.

However, the Molecular Assembler seems to be able to ignore this. It even allows you to mix combs and only requires 2 of the 4 combs to make a block. The pattern I'm using allows for subsitutions, so I only need one pattern for all incoming combs. As my combs were being piped into the assembler, I noticed it wasn't piping all 4 in and some were getting mixed up and it was still working.

It seems to only work when the combs are diagonal in the grid.

The comb in the upper left hand side, is the block that will generate, allowing you to mix and match.

So it seems after rebooting the server (even though the server had just come back up after updating to v0.66) all combs has stopped flowing into the Assembler. I can also no longer put combs by hand into the assembler.
