What happened?

Mining with industrial foregoing infinity drill and infinity backpack. Consistent crash. The Infinity drill has VII fortune, unbreaking, and eff on it if that matters.

Tried to recreate same thing in atm9 but it works fine. Was mining like crazy with infinity hammer and infinity backpack with magnet on, same exact enchantments, it never crashed. I believe its something to do with the backpack maybe in atm10? not sure don't understand logs, hope it can get fixed :D. (with running server and client both same as I was doing on 10)

also worth mentioning was mining in the allthemoduim mining dimension

Edit: recreated in single player. Infinity drill mining in the mining dimension (note, not sure if dimension matters haven't tested elsewhere yet) crashes both servers and singleplayer clients.
