[Bug]: AE2 seems not to interact with Powah energy cables.

What happened?
When connecting a Powah cable to an AE2 power acceptor, it didn't accept the power which was proved when my system began to lose power.

I just connected the cable to my controller directly.. just as a work-around until it is fixed
