What happened?

Search recipes for silent gear's savager.
Open savager and click on arrow.
There is a bunch of this recipe crashed. Please see the client log for details.
No other effect but the missing images of the recipes. I suspect that it's do to it referencing items or recipes that aren't in this pack/MC version update.
Not the first time a dev has left references to old versions of MC in a little used part of there mod.
