[Bug]: Obsidian can't harvest/break some items which Diamond-tier tools can. (Possible Silent Tools issue)

What happened?

I have an Obsidian Paxel (Silent Tools, Obsidian part and Iron handle) and a vanilla Diamond pickaxe. I've found two items (so far) that you cannot break with the obsidian paxel.

Lead Nether and Benitoite also won't work with Obsidian Paxel

Harvest level of Obsiadian tools was set to stone by Silent Gear developer
