[Bug]: Caliburn disappearing in the lake

What happened?
I attempted to make the Caliburn from Mahou Tsukai, the lake was completed and I had 5000 mana stored for making the sword. Threw in some nether stars, then a Smite V diamond sword. The stars and the diamond sword disappeared, but Caliburn isnt in the lake
