What happened?
Every time i use silent gear bow and arrow(with full ammo), it just use up all the ammo at once. Is this bug?

This issue is a bug for sure and it is there from the day the mod has been released in this modpack. I reported some major bugs in several mods but not this one, i didn't thought this was a beta when i started to play with. And you will notice the repair kit is bugged too. Don't forget to save before upgrade the modpack and perhaps reduce the time between the auto backup. It helps. ;-)
and also the arrow can't be repaired. when you first craft it there is only 64, historically you can craft it with a repair kit and fill it right up to 256.. that isn't working either.
