What happened?
The recipe for Printed Quantum Circuit in the Circuit Slicer uses 9 Quantum Alloy Block and gives 9 Printed Quantum Circuit. The Inscriber recipe only uses 1 Quantum Alloy ingot for 1 Printed Quantum Circuit.
I assume the intended recipe is for the Circuit Slicer to use 1 Quantum Alloy Block. Either that, or the Inscriber recipe needs to be changed to 1 Quantum Alloy Block to be balanced.
