What happened?

i made actually addition's vertical digger, put it on mining dimension, power it up, the coordinate changing means its running, but for some reason, it won't dig anything and does not consume any power, the coordinate changing, but no block destroyed or mined

theres post opened on official actually addition github, but the poster said that his convinced its not a bug but modpack misconfig, so yeah...thats why i posted it here lol
