[4.3] cant craft chunk loading ward from extra utilities 2

after the update 3.4.3 the chunk loading ward from EU2 can no longer be crafted, since ftb utils chunk loading doesnt seem to be working properly in other dimensions other than overworld thats the current most efficient solution
can you guys take a look?
