Talisman Base crafting doesn't consume items

You can create infinite Talisman Base's from the Terraqueous mod as the crafting items aren't consumed.
This happens both in multiplayer and singleplayer for me.
Recipe:
There does not seem to be a current or past report on Terraqueous issue tracker as of this time. This will need some testing to confirm if it is pack related or mod related (i.e. loading ONLY Terraqueous + Forge and see if it can be duplicated or not)
I had a look at this and I believe the intended behaviour is for the item to be crafted with clay balls instead of blocks and only the clay balls be consumed. However, the json file for the recipe is specifying clay blocks be used so this intended behaviour is never carried out. Changing the recipe within the pack to use clay balls would cause the intended behaviour until the issue is fixed by the dev. I've done this in pull request #519 which has been tested to be working.
