Endermen Don't Drop Dimlet Parcels

Endermen don't drop dimlet parcels or dragon scales in woot factories.
Expected Behavior
Endermen drop both parcels and scales when killed normally, albeit a low chance. So, adding them to woot loot tables would mean less strain on servers as woot would be more viable.
Current Behavior

Possible Solution
Add parcels and scales to the loot tables for endermen in woot factories, percentages can be configured but 1/5/10 for each seems okay
