Hello. I've found a couple of typos in the config that prevent the associated tools from being added.

line 48: botania:twigWand
should be: botania:twigwand

and line 52: immersiveengineerg:tool
should be: immersiveengineering:tool

If this is a mod issue just LMK and I'll take it up with them. Cheers!
