Red alloy wire disappearing

Expected Behavior

Red alloy wire placed down with a redstone clock stays installed

when ever I log on and then back in, the red alloy wire is gone. This happens around 25- 50% of the time.

Unknown.

Looks to be an ongoing mod issue so there won't be anything the ATM team can do.
