I've tested and looked at all generation in the overworld.
Everything generates the same as it did before.
Though I think the primitive mobs chests gen needs turned down if possible as well as the quark speleothem.
Also if you look on a sea/river/lake floor it seems clay gen is a bit much. https://imgur.com/a/lK9AtiU
