For whatever reason, yesterday before the big looping server crash it lag-ganked me when after nearly thirty seconds of no response from the server I got jumped by a half-dozen blazes instead of the one I'd been fighting.

This was only the beginning.

I died another four times trying to recover, each time due to stupidity on the part of the server. Twice when I used /back to return to the site of a previous death ended up with me in a wall NOWHERE NEAR where I had died (fortunately one was near my nether portal and the second time I had a pick in my hand when I hit /back...Be prepared!).

After I finally recovered all of my corpses and prepared to pack it in for the evening, I typed /home, and instead of teleporting me home, it teleported me to X -1216 Z 5220 Y 66 where I was insta-killed (I believe because this is outside of the current world-boundary?) and then respawned at home with my death-note.

I don't understand why this is happening, but I'd like some help recovering my body, which is out of bounds and beyond my reach but has all of the tools and armor and equipment I own on it, pretty much (after four deaths) in addition to two nearly-full sacks of storage of all the mining I'd been doing in the nether.

It'd also be nice if we figured out WTF was happening with /back and /home. Right now I don't have any confidence in using either command.

Gef was able to help me recovery my corpse and apparently /home and /back have this as a known 'feature.'
